I love doughnuts, coffee and yoga! It’s called balance, right? Being a mom to a 16-month-old lively little girl and running a business, I know how challenging it is to find that “balance” and time for much needed self care. In search of a way to reconnect to myself, I found yoga and my passion has driven me to teach. I completed my 200-hour certification in Integral Hatha Yoga. This style of yoga is a beautiful blend of breathing exercises, meditation, spiritual connection and gentle asana to integrate our mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to create a peaceful and safe space where we can be ourselves. Together we will open our hearts, mindfully dance to our edge and lovingly travel within ourselves, bringing awareness to our unique divine and beautiful nature. I invite you join me as we take a little time to ourselves , finding some peace and harmony to guide us through the day.
